April 2024 \u2013 26. April 2024<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen Besucherinnen und Besucher die variable Roboter-Arbeitsstation des Instituts f\u00fcr Robotik und Mechatronik auf dem Stand des DLR in Aktion erleben <strong>(Halle 13, Stand D62)<\/strong>. Zentrales Element der modular aufgebauten Stationen ist der DLR-Roboterarm <strong>SARA<\/strong> (Safe Autonomous Robotic Assistant). Der drehmomentgeregelte Leichtbau-Roboterarm kann die ben\u00f6tigten Bauteile und Ger\u00e4te selbstst\u00e4ndig im Arbeitsraum positionieren und geeignete Werkzeuge ausw\u00e4hlen. Selbst elektrische Ger\u00e4te k\u00f6nnen variabel im Arbeitsraum platziert und \u00fcber das patententierte FlexGrid System der Station \u00fcber EtherCat angesteuert werden. Die spezielle Kraftsensorik und Regelung des Roboterarms erm\u00f6glichen es, neue Fertigkeiten intuitiv durch Vormachen anzulernen. Die Ausf\u00fchrung schwieriger und kontaktintensiver Aufgaben erfolgt ebenfalls feinf\u00fchlig, schnell und pr\u00e4zise.<\/p>\n<p>Die hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t des Systems wird auf der Hannover Messe mit vielseitigen Produktionsaufgaben demonstriert. Messeg\u00e4ste k\u00f6nnen der Roboterstation \u00fcber das Human Factory Interface diverse Aufgaben zuweisen. Die Station konfiguriert sich im Anschluss selbstst\u00e4ndig und beginnt mit der Ausf\u00fchrung.
